General Info & Policies

- Pets are Welcome! Our Pet Fee is $35 per pet per night.

- The Belmont 1857 has free WIFI and televisions with Hulu and Netflix.

We also have plenty of books and games to pass the time.

- All stays include a filling Southern-style Continental Breakfast in our Dining Room.

- A roll-away cot can be added to almost any Suite; the fee is $25 per night.

- Belmont is fully fenced and gated; feel free to park your boat, RV,

or other equipment with no worry.

- Although we have no elevator, our back staircase has an automated chair lift

in case you have difficulty with the stairs.

- Weekly stays (7 nights or more) are discounted by 15%.

- Monthly stays (28 nights or more) are tax-free and discounted by 40%.

- Do you need to rent the whole house for a large group? We can do that!

Belmont has a total of 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms - with 14 beds in all.

We can comfortably sleep 27 and an additional 2 on cots if needed.

Whole house nightly rates are $1795 + taxes and fees.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are guaranteed by an advance deposit. We have a $50.00 plus tax cancellation fee regardless of when a reservation is canceled. In case of cancellation with less than thirty (30) days' notice, you will be charged 50% of your total reservation cost, and cancellation with less than fourteen (14) days' notice, you will be charged 100% of your total reservation cost. The Belmont 1857 does offer 50% of your total cancellation fee as a voucher for future stays at our property.
